Refund policy
At Beunik, your experience matters to us, and we want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase. That’s why we offer a 14‑day return policy, giving you 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To start a return, simply contact us at contact@beunik.com.au. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without an approved return request won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We want you to love what you receive. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll review the issue and make things right.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalised products, and personal care items. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out.
We’re unable to offer refunds for orders placed with the wrong size, colour, or variation, so we encourage you to double‑check your selections before completing your purchase.
Sale items and gift cards are also non‑returnable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be in their original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
