How long will it take to get my orders?
Australian orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 10–14 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and generally take longer, usually between 12–20 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send your tracking details via email so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the number to load for accurate readings.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated on the size and weight of items ordered. The best way to calculate shipping is through our checkout page. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Click to view your cart and enter your postcode under ‘Estimate Shipping’.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping, with delivery costs calculated and added at checkout. You’ll also find special discounts and promotions throughout the year, so keep an eye out for our latest offers.
Do you offer click and collect?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer Click & Collect.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
- Contact Customer Service.
- Provide a photo of the damaged item, ensuring the order number is visible.
- The Online Store team will reply within 24–48 hours.
- Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
Can I add items to my order once it has been placed?
If you’ve forgotten something or found an additional item you’d like to include, please email contact@beunik.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not been dispatched. We will endeavour to assist you with adding items, though freight costs may change.
What is your return policy?
We are an Australian family business. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.
We offer a 14‑day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Please note: We do not provide refunds for orders placed with the wrong size, colour, or variation.
